After years of following hundreds of bloggers and boring all my friends with my aspirations of putting myself out there/here. I’ve taken the plunge …..

Mid Bomber

Let me introduce you to my metallic pink pleated midi skirt – encompassing all things SPRING and something my Instagram throws up every evening. Slight problem, every time I put the darn thing on negative nellie appears. You know the voice that says “It would look a lot better if I was taller, thinner or tanned”, well I see that as a challenge.

So, here is my take on the pleated skirt.

Mid pink duster

I used both my trusty bomber and my pastel duster for different looks. I really wish having my arms inside was practical – but it does look fancy – i’ll just have someone to hold my handbag/drink/oyster shall I?!

CU feet

Mid Smile, jacket tie

I’m definitely more comfortable in the bomber, the black gives me a better shape BUT I’m loving pinky tones at the moment and in the interest of getting out my comfort zone…

full body, look up

Guess what? It’s a keeper – I actually really enjoyed wearing my wardrobe arch nemesis – what do you leave in the wardrobe but can’t give away?

Love this blog! And that lippy. I think the coat glams it up and it’s great to see how you adapt to a more casual feel with the bomber.

And there is loads in my wardrobe that I can’t give up – obviously don’t wear most of it but when it comes back into fashion next century, I will be very smug indeed!

P.s. Photos are great too. Who’s the photographer?
